1. General Introduction and Acceptance

bjvip (hereinafter "we", "our", or "the platform") is a provider of online casino and sports betting services. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply when accessing or using the bjvip website and mobile services.

By registering on the bjvip platform or using any of its services, you confirm that:

• You are at least 21 (twenty-one) years of age.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility Requirements

• Accounts are non-transferable. Allowing any third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposit and Withdrawal Rules

bjvip supports the most widely used mobile banking methods in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳800.
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay.
• Standard withdrawal time: Processing is completed within 10–45 minutes after approval.
• Deposits and withdrawals must be made from the same mobile banking number registered to the account, under the same name.
• For suspicious or unusual transactions, bjvip may take additional time for verification or may place the transaction on hold.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds through a third party is strictly prohibited. Any such transaction that is identified will be cancelled and the associated funds may be frozen.
• bjvip does not charge any commission or fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile banking provider may charge separately.

4. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

bjvip offers various bonus offers for new and existing members. The general terms and conditions for bonuses are described below:

• Welcome Bonus: New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. To withdraw this bonus, a turnover or wagering requirement of 10 (ten) times the bonus amount must be met.
• Each bonus offer has its own specific conditions, which are stated separately at the time of the offer. These conditions apply together with the general terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be used on designated games or betting markets on the bjvip platform. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same IP address, mobile number, or device will be considered bonus abuse and the associated accounts will be closed.
• bjvip reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer without prior notice.
• If bjvip determines that a member is unfairly taking advantage of bonus benefits, the bonus will be cancelled and winnings will be adjusted accordingly.

5. VIP and Loyalty Program

The bjvip VIP program has four tiers in total. Weekly cashback benefits apply at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your consistent activity and usage on the platform — the bjvip team evaluates your progress and grants promotions in due course. VIP benefits are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. bjvip reserves the right to adjust any member's VIP status.

10. Limitation of Liability

bjvip reserves the right to limit its liability to the extent permitted by law. bjvip will not be liable in the following cases:

• If a game session is interrupted due to loss of internet connection or a technical problem.
• If loss occurs due to failure by third-party service providers (mobile banking, game software).
• If an account is compromised due to the user's own negligence or use of an insecure device.
• If the service is unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, legal obligations, or government directives.

In any circumstance, bjvip's total liability is limited to a maximum of the amount you had in your account at the time of the disputed event.

11. Dispute Resolution Process

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any matter, it will be resolved through the following steps:

1. First step: Describe the dispute directly through our 24/7 live chat support or by email ([email protected]).
2. Initial review: The bjvip team will begin an investigation within a reasonable time after receiving the complaint and will keep you informed.
3. Final decision: After the investigation is complete, bjvip will communicate a final decision. This decision will be considered binding.

Funds related to a dispute may be temporarily held during the course of the dispute. bjvip always endeavors to resolve all disputes fairly and impartially.

12. Intellectual Property and Ownership Rights

All content on the bjvip website — logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and code — is the intellectual property of bjvip or its licensors. Reproducing, distributing, or commercially using any part of this content without prior written permission from bjvip is prohibited.

Ownership of game software and content belongs to the respective third-party providers (PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, etc.). The terms and conditions of those respective providers will also apply to the use of such content.

13. Termination and Amendment of Terms

bjvip may revise or update these terms and conditions at any time. The updated version will be published on this page after any changes. For significant changes, an effort will be made to notify registered users by email or via an in-app notice.

If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, your only option is to stop using bjvip services and request account closure. Continuing to use the service will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

Even if any clause of these terms and conditions is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining clauses will remain fully in effect.
